This new schedule starts June 10th, 2010!!  Boot Camp classes free for Giorgio's members.  G-Force is innovative, new small group fitness cross training, making it affordable for you and a few friends to work with a trainer for only $33/month.  Contact club for more info.  Schedule subject to change without notice.

G-Force Fitness Cross Training
Cross training is a great way to condition different muscle groups, develop a new set of skills, maintain a high level of overall fitness, and keep you excited about your workouts.  In G-Force your coaches will train you and a group up to 6 people.  G-Force is great for:  uIndividuals who want to push through a plateau or give their workouts a new dimension. u Families!  G-Force is a great way to spend quality time with the family while engaging in fitness activities. u Groups with similar fitness goals: weight loss, strength, endurance, muscle gain, etc. u Budget conscious people who need challenge and motivation, but don’t want to break the bank.  G-Force participants get (2) 30 minute sessions per week and a G-Force tee shirt.  Cost is only $79 per month!

CORE & MORE

We use stabilizer balls, resistance bands and small dumbbells for the workout of your life!  We will work shoulders, hip flexors, small leg groups, shoulders, abs and core.

 

This class incorporates Pilates style exercises to strengthen hips and core, stabilizer ball to focus on the abdominals, resistance bands to hit the shoulders and isolated leg exercises to attack the smaller leg muscles--calves, adductors and abductors.

BOOT CAMP ENDURANCE

This is a great dumbbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 50-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.   The heart rate is high, the music is loud and the amount of rep counts are unheard of.

 

Great music, awesome environment and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

 

BOOT CAMP CARDIO

Our Boot Camp Cardio class a cardiovascular workout utilizing plyometrics, full body exercises, kickboxing and full body exercises designed to keep the heart rate high and the sweat pouring.

 

Workout to music, burn fat and have a blast!  Designed for all fitness levels.  This class is for anyone.

 

BOOT CAMP STRENGTH

This class is a combination of Olympic and traditional strength training exercises.  Our objective is to build and maintain strength using lower rep sets and heavier weights.

 

We work from major muscle groups to the smaller muscles.  By the end of the class, all you want is a protein shake and a shower!  Designed to meet all fitness levels.
