We use stabilizer balls, resistance bands and small dumbbells for the workout of your life! We will work shoulders, hip flexors, small leg groups, shoulders, abs and core.
This class incorporates Pilates style exercises to strengthen hips and core, stabilizer ball to focus on the abdominals, resistance bands to hit the shoulders and isolated leg exercises to attack the smaller leg muscles--calves, adductors and abductors.

BOOT CAMP ENDURANCE
This is a great dumbbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 50-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. The heart rate is high, the music is loud and the amount of rep counts are unheard of.

Our Boot Camp Cardio class a cardiovascular workout utilizing plyometrics, full body exercises, kickboxing and full body exercises designed to keep the heart rate high and the sweat pouring.

BOOT CAMP STRENGTH
This class is a combination of Olympic and traditional strength training exercises. Our objective is to build and maintain strength using lower rep sets and heavier weights.
We work from major muscle groups to the smaller muscles. By the end of the class, all you want is a protein shake and a shower! Designed to meet all fitness levels.
